Intimate Landscapes

I use photography as a mindfulness practice. Photographing nature in close-up highlights textures and colours that draw my attention. Paying mindful attention to these intimate landscapes takes my mind from dwelling on the past and worrying of the future.  My mind focuses on framing what is in-front of me in the best way possible. 

I hope this work helps the viewer to feel a sense of calm and relieves some of their stress for a moment.
